The Datsun Redi go is the third car from the Japanese automaker as part of its strategy for the brand. It was unveiled at the 2014 Auto Expo and will join the GO, GO+ and the soon to be unveiled sedan as Datsun’s budget offerings for various markets. It is an A-segment hatchback and is the entry-level offering in the Datsun hierarchy.
The redi go is built on the Renault kwid platform and falls under the category of batch cars. Exception to the Skoda rapid and Volkswagen vento India has not seen both the batch cars going equally successful. It will be a tough competitor for the Kwid or will be it just another car in the segment? That only time will show.
The car comes with the same wheel options as the kwid. 3 hol wheels with 100 PCD. The 3 hole which is the favourite choice of low budget car manufacturers.
